PP31 Efecto del tratamiento crónico con crisina en conductas de ansiedad, motricidad y sedación: comparación con diazepam

El tratamiento agudo con crisina ejerce efectos tipo ansiolíticos de manera similar que diazepam. Se desconoce si ejerce tolerancia farmacológica al igual que diazepam después de un tratamiento crónico. Se evaluó el efecto de crisina en un tratamiento crónico con diferentes dosis (1, 2.5 y 5 mg/kg) comparado con diazepam (2 mg/kg) y sometidas a un desafío farmacológico con diazepam (5 mg/kg). los tratamientos con crisina (1, 2.5 mg/kg) mantienen su efecto ansiolítico después de un tratamiento crónico, sin generar tolerancia farmacológica después de administrar una dosis sedante de diazepam (5 mg/kg) como pasa con fármacos como diazepam .
