Macromycetes are fungi with visible fruiting bodies that are a valuable source of nutrients and bioactive compounds [1]. Its chemical composition includes fatty acids, vitamins, phenolic compounds, and terpenoids, which possess antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. These characteristics make them relevant for the prevention of chronic diseases and their possible applications in the pharmaceutical and food industries
